Friends of Tamarancho Invitational Mountain Bike Race :

All of the events on Sunday will take place at Tamarancho Boy Scout Camp, located in Fairfax.

Sunday May 25 th - Friends of Tamarancho Invitational Mountain Bike Race
**Juniors 10:00AM start-- Juniors will have an A/B split start, based on age and experience.

**Seniors 11:00AM start --Senior starts will be split based on attendance and NORBA categories.

FORMS:
You will need to fill out one form for the event; two forms is you don't have a NORBA/USAC license; three forms if you are not a Friend of Tamarancho:
1) A registration form / USA cycling rider release form http://www.usacycling.org/forms/rider_release.pdf
2) No NORBA/USAC license? See below
3) No Friends of Tamarancho Pass? Please purchase a one-day pass from Sunshine bikes

 

FEES:
Also include the following fees with your registration form: (cash, check or money order please)
** $35 the day of race

PRE REG IS CLOSED
**NorCal High School League members $20 ($5 more, or $25 the day of the race). Please wear high school jersey to race
**Friends of Tamarancho Pass-$5 off the base fee (passholders must show valid pass)

If you do not have a NORBA/USAC license, you will be require to purchase a One Day NORBA/USAC license for $5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
$20 parking fee at camp. Support vehicles ONLY. Parking is very limited in camp, and only essential vehicles can be accomodated. Spectator carpools are encouraged. Spectator access by bike and foot also possible. All spectators must have FOT pass go to: http://www.boyscouts-marin.org/

Race Start Finish/Registration START FINISH
Race course will use camp roads and trails, including Broken Dam trail and Serpentine trail counter-clockwise, as well as some race day only routes.
Multiple lap race on 6 Mile lap course. Beginners 1 Lap, Sport 2 Laps, Elite 3 Laps. Jim Crompton NORBA official. No preriding of race course except Broken Dam and Serpentine trails.
